- The Sports Lottery Ltd is a UK owned and run site and unless otherwise stated all competitions, games and prize draws are open to UK residents. Some games, competitions, and items may be age restricted for legal reasons.
- Persons connected with The Sports Lottery Ltd or any of the prize draw sponsors are ineligible.
- Competition winners will normally notified by email within 72 hours, except where stated in the individual campaign.
- Prize Draw winners will be selected at random by computer and notified by e-mail within five working days of the beginning of every calendar month.
- Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before winnings / prizes are dispatched. Winners will be included on the 'Winners page' following receipt of confirmation. Winners of major prizes may be required to supply a photograph for publication and or take part in further promotional activities.
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of each draw. Unclaimed prizes will be void.
- Void prizes may be included in the 'Second Time Lucky' prize draw where users will be required to complete a short questionnaire to gain entry.
- All prizes are subject to availability should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted.
- By submitting information each visitor to sportslottery.co.uk agrees to receive offers as stated in the Login and sponsored Prize Draws questionnaires. Such offers will be sent only by The Sports Lottery Ltd, its sponsors or its clients.
- The Sports Lottery Ltd is registered in accordance with the Data Protection Act and practices 100% opt-in permission marketing.
- Certain Prize Draws contain special terms. Please click on the icon at the bottom of the questionnaire for details.
- Prizes are as stated but in some circumstances a cash equivalent will be offered where stated in the individual prize draw special terms and conditions.
